The Royal Business College Diploma in Information Technology (Level-7) has 5 components and a research project embedded in the structure; that prepare students to enter a career as an IT professional. It is ideally suited to people with an understanding of business who are already graduates, not necessarily in IT and who want to move into an IT career. The learning focuses on system development and support and includes identification of the business goals of an organization and translating of these requirements into a workable technological solution. To get ahead in today's IT world, students have to be competent in a wide range of IT skills; participation in this Diploma course will allow the learner to develop a thorough understanding of the IT world, computer support, software design. Successful completion of the Diploma in IT will equip students with the skills to reach their career goals.  Some may want to move to specialty studies. The minimum time allowed for course completion is 42 weeks and the maximum time is one year.
